Certification study consisted of reading several pages about tags. Most of todays material focused on Tag Files. Tag Files are basically jsp files with a “.tag” extension. You can pass values to them. They are very similar to using includes but have a narrower scope. The rest was more review of making new tags using SimpleTagSupport.
I’ve moved the Chat server project to its own directory. I now have a working server that tries to authenticate the users who connect to it. It is still buggy and needs work. Now that I’ve got it semi-functional I am going to go back and update the unit tests. Project is located in CVS.
Let’s just say that guitar practice is about as repetitious as my blog entries about guitar practice. Harvey’s Bristol Creme Sherry makes it quit bearable:)
